If you set the event type to “2. Revision" this activates a number of additional fields in a separate tab "Revision" in the calendar element. These are based on data that ISO 19011 requires you to obtain and work with. It is therefore not necessary to use other documents when planning/performing an audit in QM365.
Audit findings
At the bottom of the "Audit" tab you will find the heading "Audit findings". All findings - deviations and observations are registered here as cases in Better. It is possible to register Actions on the next tab, but it is recommended for Audits to only use Cases in Better as Cases has the functionality needed to process the findings.

Revision program
Register all planned audits in the calendar and create a separate display of upcoming audits, so you always have a full overview of the audit programme. Here you can also group by, for example, organisation, so that each department has its own audit programme.
The calendar report also gives you the audit program quickly by filtering in the "Status" column on "1. Planned”

Audit report
Open the audit element in reading mode, then it is displayed in report form with all data that has been filled in relevant to an audit report including all the findings and their status. Click the Print button to print to paper or PDF or select the Envelope to send the report directly via e-mail
