If the event is of the "Management review" type, a number of additional functions are activated:

  • You must first select Report period start and end in the date fields to ensure that the report search is limited to data within this period.

  • When choosing an organization, it is specified that the report search finds data connected to this organizational unit

  • INPUT

    • Under this heading, all the reports automatically from the system required for the Management Review (MR) are found

    • If the MR includes several departments and/or the sub-departments, these reports must be generated several times by changing the org. the selection and look at the reports again. (This will be improved in a future version and is in the development plan)

    • The generated reports can be updated by clicking on the "spinning wheel"

    • In order to get good reports in the MR function, it is required that you work actively with all parts of the system: that incidents are tagged against supplier, customer, process, objects, that risk work is maintained, context evaluations are updated, target management is followed up, etc.

  • OUTPUT

    • Here you enter a summary of improvements and conclusions and plan for the next period from MR.

    • At the bottom of the form you will find "Actions from the review". It is recommended that this be registered as a single actions. It is possible on the next tab to register Actions, but Actions have the best functionality for MR.

    • Actions that are created are assigned to individuals. The owner of the MR can also access Actions and edit these if necessary.

MG report

If an MR is opened in the reading module, you will also receive it as a report that can be printed or sent via e-mail. Just remember to expand the topics under INPUT and OUTPUT that will appear in the report
