Reporter reports a new case
E-mail sent to case manger for new case
Case management
E-mail sent to new Case manager if changed
E-mail sent to Reporter when case is closed
E-mail sent to Case manager if case is reopened
Case manager creates one or more Actions during the management of the case
Case manager creates one or more Verifications when the case is about to be closed
Action management
E-mail sent to new user responsible for an Action
E-mails sent to case manger when action is closed
Case cannot be closed if there are open actions
Verification management
E-mail sent to Verification responsible on indicated date
