The system calendar is intended for use for all types of system events such as audits, management reviews, emergency drills, training, courses etc. It can also be used for onboarding and off-boarding of employees. In each calendar element, you can invite participants and create initiatives and issues. If you choose the type of event such as "Audit" or "Management's review", you will get many additional functions and reports that are generated that provide a complete tool for planning and carrying out these activities in addition to storing all the data needed.

From the 22 version, you can find the System calendar under "Functions and reports".

...

From this you can go to your own overviews which make it easy to find, filter/sort calendar items, open them and work on them. Use the menu under "Lists" to create new items.

Management reviews

If a calendar element is defined as a Management Review, from the 23.2 version you will have a completely new function where you select from/to date that the LG applies to and multiple selection on Organization. In the Input section the system will generate a number of reports on-the-fly . This simplifies the preparation work as long as you use the system's functions. The form has a number of fields to fill in for conclusions and creation of actions. And since actions can now be encrypted, there is also increased security in terms of unwanted transparency. There is also a separate option for printing the LG if there is a need to save it, for example, in PDF format or send it to external parties. Closure of actions is of course followed up through Better.

In the output section you register improvements, conclusions and plan for the next period.

Notifications and function

On the first page of each calendar element, there are various fields and functions:

...

Enter the persons responsible and participants - you will be able to send mail to these when saving the form by clicking on the button at the bottom called "Send mail to participants and Save". They will then receive an email with a link to this event. They can then open this and look at and prepare.

NB! To get the event into the calendar of the participants, you must invite them via Outlook. We only send a notification, not a calendar invitation.
