Process Module

  • Users can enter comments on Process Descriptions, Activity and Documents i the Process Module

  • All are entered from hte icon (see picture below) which opens the comment form.

  • Comments are shown on the Process card, Activity card and Document card (in Doc.Workspace).

  • Comments also show in the Documentation Status report

Improvement

Icon for Word Documents in the resource view with setting for auto-converting to PDF now shows the PDF icon. Previously the Word icon showed which cause confusion. The document is stored in Word format, but is autoconverted with a setting when clicked on.

Documentation Status

Co-Authors are now listed in the Document section of “Documentation Status” report.

Document Workspace

Improvement

When publishing a Word document from Document Workspace and later on decided to publish it as a PDF, the Word version will now be removed from the “Procedures” library (the library used by PM). This caused sometimes confusion since users did not expect to find a Word document. Only the latest format is now in “Procedures”
