Release notes - Development - V.23.3

PM

  1. Added a new "Click activity" that lets you attach a PM box / tile directly to an activity. Clicking the tile will open the activity in a dialog box.

  2. You will now be alerted if you try to make Org-variant of a Process map for an Org that already has a variant.

  3. Changed the default action when opening the process card from "View process card" to "Edit process card".

  4. Removed the text "No published process description found" when the process does not have a published version.

  5. If you click a tile that is connected to a process, but it does not have a published process description the header with the process name and the process owner is still shown.

  6. Added setting for opening Governing documents as PDF \(On the fly\) in browser. The setting can be chosen for individual Document types, i.e. Procedures: open as PDF, Templates: Open in original format

  7. Changed the resource tab label to show the name of the tile that was clicked and not the process name. \(PS! The process name can also be shown. This is controlled by a setting.\)

  8. Added new option to change the start page in PM. If you are in the process administrator group you can click the "pin" icon in the top left of the banner when editing a page.

  9. When creating a new process from a tile you are presented with a choice between a main process \(top level\) or a sub process \(2nd level and lower\).

  10. Changed the automatic redirect to organisation variants of a page. If you click a link directly to a variant for a specific language and you don't have that language selected in the org filter you are no longer automatically kicked back to the parent page.

  11. Added a heading to activities with information about responsible, process owner, approved by, approved date and published version.

  12. Added support for saving tiles with an image as a template. Please note that you must use the option to "Select an image from the picture library" and not "Add image as attachment".

  13. Added edit and open in dialog icons on activities.

  14. Removed the required flag on Activity type.

  15. Added possibility to Group Activities (in Process resources )on any property and still keep the Title of the activity.

CUSTOMER / SUPPLIER:

  1. Customers and suppliers now have Next revision, with email alert, and they show in menu My tasks/Review when they are due.
    Alerts only go out IF Next revision is used (Not mandatory)

MENU:

  1. Headings in Meny now use/share language with the lists - i.e. if changed/customized in the list this change also reflects automatically in the menu headings

QM365 APP:

  1. The QM365 App configurator now has full English language \(removed parts of Norwegian text\)

  2. QM365 App now supports/contains Finnish language

  3. QM365 App now notifies users when new version is released.
