The details can be changed/adjusted along the way, and certain things be prioritized down/up..

Planned release: Due to interconnections between the 2 changes, these 2 releases will be distributed at the same time from ~ start of march 24.

24.1 :
Module: General. TAGS

  • New TAGS list for “free use” tags across the system.

    • Examples: Countries, Professions, etc.

  • Multichoice lookup (Treeview) from all lists/resources in the system that has Process or Organization tagging

  • Setting to control

    • Where it should be used

    • If it is mandatory

    • Which categories of content to show

    • The settings are controlled individually pr. list/resource type

  • Included in all relevant reports across the system

24.2 :
Module: General.
EMAIL

  • Better multilingual handling of e-mail notifications from FLOW

  • Local language handling

  • Easier customization of email Text and criteria/logic for sending

  • Notification frequency customizable

  • The flows installation is handled as a Solution

MENU

  • Language improvements in Menu. More languages are now fully translated in the Menu headings etc.

  • Menu Buttons leading to Lists/Views are getting its language from the Lis definition in SharePoint.
    If you are missing some language it might not be installed. Contact Support to discuss possibilities.
