In general

  • To access the risk menu, you must be a risk owner, risk group owner or Risk Administrator.

  • The risk evaluations will be shown in process maps if the evaluations are tagged with process. Thus, all of these will be visible to end users.

Risk editing right

  • Only these can edit risk groups: Risk group owner, Substitutes.

  • These can edit risks: Risk owner.

  • These can evaluate a risk for the first time (new outcome): anyone who can access the risk home menu.

  • Even if a person cannot edit a risk, they can enter read mode - find the risk and evaluate it with your relevant outcome.

Rights-limited risk group

  • Via a setting, it is possible to create rights-limiting risk groups. Persons and/or rights groups who must have access to this risk group must then be specified. All underlying risk groups and evaluations will have the same rights management.

  • The measures taken in a risk evaluation will be visible to everyone in Better.

  • This right must be set when the risk group is created.

  • No one other than the person/those who have access to the risk group has the opportunity to see any of the data within this risk group. No evaluations will appear in the process map if you do not have access.

  • You can change who has access in such a Risk Group. A separate function will then update all associated data with the same access level.

  • This is very useful if you have departments, management or other groups that have to evaluate risks that no one else should have access to.

The menu is available to everyone, but will not work until some adjustments are made to the setup. Contact our support via our help desk system and we will prepare this setting for you
