From version 22, risk can be evaluated directly on elements in these lists:
Assets
Objects
Customers
Suppliers
Objects
When you are in editing mode for an element, the "Risks" tab is visible and you can retrieve an existing risk and evaluate it or create a completely new risk first. Here is an example of evaluating a supplier:
