Build additional form QM365 APP
To build several forms, you must follow a specific procedure, usually in collaboration with your supplier of the system. It usually takes place in this order:
Clarify authentication method
Office 365: Standard 365 authentication (Requires no setup)
Local SharePoint: Set up ADFS
Customer's IT, possibly support from our IT partner
Install SharePoint component
Setting up forms in the configurator
Training if the customer is to build himself
Solve any logic (form of connection, affiliation, etc.)
Customer tests form
Installing the APP on phones - instructions are sent to users
Create instructions for employees to set up the app
Estimates
If you need assistance to develop all or part of the functionality in the App, please contact us via the support system. Preferably attach good specifications on a form in Word or Excel, and we can give a good time estimate for our contribution.
Approximate time estimates if we are to assist with the production and design of app forms:
Setup ADFS - Customer (estimated 5-10h)
Install SharePoint component - QM365 - approx. 2h (if you don't already have the App)
Creating a SharePoint list + designing a DFFS form for use on a PC according to specification depends very much on the complexity of the form (1-5 hours or more)
Solve logic (form of association, affiliation etc.) - QM365 – approx. 1 hour per "power automate or flow, if you need notification from a form" - more for complex logic
Test (Customer/QM365) - QM365 support – approx. ½ -1h
Installing APP on phones (instruction or joint distribution?) (Customer) - Standard eLearning. Ev. own supervisor - QM365 support - approx. ½ - 1 ½ hours
Setting up a profile on the phone (Each user) (Customer/Employee) (½ hour per profile)
Project management (per hour)
