New Feature

• New TAGS list for “free use” tags across the system. Examples: Countries, Professions, etc.

• Different tags can be used for different list

• These lists have tags: Action plans, Activities, Assets, System calendar, Requriement gropus, Detailed requirements, Contracts, Customers, Purpose, Context, Objectives, Other documents, Procedures, Suppliers (Competence not included in this release)

• Multichoice lookup

• Separate setting

Menu

Improvement

• Language improvements in Menu. More languages are now fully translated in the Menu headings etc.

• Menu Buttons leading to Lists/Views are getting its language from the List- definition in SharePoint.

• If you are missing some language it might not be installed. Contact Support to discuss possibilities

Process Module

New feature

• Users can enter comments on Process Descriptions, Activity and Documents i the Process Module

• All are entered from hte icon (see picture below) which opens the comment form.

• Comments are shown on the Process card, Activity card and Document card (in Doc.Workspace).

• Comments also show in the Documentation Status report

Co-Authors are now listed in the Document section of Documentation Status report.

Document Workspace

Improvement

When publishing a Word document from Document Workspace and later on decided to publish it as a PDF, the Word version will now be removed from the “Procedures” library (the library used by PM). This caused sometimes confusion since users did not expect to find a Word document. Only the latest format is now in “Procedures”
