  1. The cross-system search is found in the top of the left menu. Type in what you are search for and hit “Enter”

  2. You will then reach the search page with the search answer at the bottom. Expand each section for results for each data type.

  3. Click on the blue heading and a new tab will open with the result

Search alternatives

  1. Choose which lists to search in. Then click at the top of the selection "Selected lists and libraries". Here you can limit the search to exactly the data type you want

  2. You can choose to only search in Title. If this is not checked, it searches all data in the data elements

  3. You can choose to search by element ID - then check the box for "Search by item ID"

  4. In the search text itself, you can make a number of specifications in the query - click on the question mark to learn how - Keyword Query Language is used here.

Search in Better

In the Better Workspace there is a corresponding search function - click on the magnifying glass. The search works in the same way, but is limited to only working in the Better data: Case list, Actions and Verifications.
