This list is built up in a separate list with the same name. The personal data used by the various Assets and Purposes must be tagged, as the example below shows. The integrations list also uses this list so that you can see which data is copied in the various integrations.

Sensitive personal data is defined by the legislation (§9), while Personal data is all other types of personal data (§6) and can be changed according to your own needs.

Outdated personal data

If a piece of personal information is no longer in use, it should NOT be deleted, but deactivated by "un-tagging" the Selectable button.
