It is important that PDs do not become too detailed. They must provide good information about the execution of the process. You can therefore use activities when a PD becomes too complicated and when you need to refer to details. If you want to refer to detailed instructions, inserting videos on how to perform operations, explaining important things in another language to certain employees, etc., activities can be a good option.

  • The edit button for activities is the same as the edit button for the PDs.

  • Activities do not have steps for approval and publishing. They have a checkbox for "Approved".

  • The video below shows how to access, create and edit activities.

  • Activities can tag several handlers

  • Use the Index field to ensure the order you want, otherwise they will be sorted alphabetically by title

  • From SIMPLI'21 you can also mark more organizations and processes.

  • In addition, a separate tab will appear which enables tagging of the Responsibility/HUKI matrix:

  • Activities can also be written in several predefined languages that will be displayed according to the user/browser language setting.

Otherwise see videos for PDs how to edit - it works exactly the same way.
