Contract management register is a separate module that ensures follow-up and management of all contracts / agreements and is available from the 23.2 version of QM365. The module has the following functions:
Uploading the agreement itself in a suitable file format
Rights management with access to different types of contracts for different people
Categorization of the agreements
Expiry date with notification specified number of months before expiry
Can be linked to supplier, customer and object registers in addition to process and organisation
Timed appointments are tagged
