1. If the box is connected to a process, check if other boxes use this process.

   1. If yes, then don't delete the process - just delete the box

   2. If no (no other boxes use this process):

      1. Archive the process (see below)

      2. Delete the box

1. Go to the process map in the usual way > Click on the box > Click on the pencil > click on “Show “View process map”card”:

2. Click on “Edit Item”

3. Uncheck both "Active" and "Selectable" (same function as on the organization list) - see picture below

4. Save
