Delete a box on a drawing

When a box on the drawings is to be deleted, you must first check:

  1. If the box is connected to a process, check if other boxes use this process.

    1. If yes, then don't delete the process - just delete the box

    2. If no (no other boxes use this process):

      1. Archive the process (see below)

      2. Delete the box

In the 21 version, this is done as follows: https://youtu.be/M4OFvU-o5hM

See below how it is done from the 22 version:

  1. Go to the process map in the usual way > Click on the box > Click on the pencil > click on “Show process map”:

  2. Click on “Edit Item”

  3. Uncheck both "Active" and "Selectable" (same function as on the organization list) - see picture below

  4. Save

Delete or Archive a drawing

When a drawing is to be deleted or archived, you must first check:

  1. If the drawing is connected to a process, check whether other boxes or drawings use this process.

    1. If yes, then don't delete the process - just delete the drawing

    2. If no (no other boxes/drawings use this process):

      1. Archive the process: see above

      2. Archive the drawing: if the drawing has been in use, it must be archived. If it is only a test drawing, it can be deleted. Go into the drawing program and click on "Archive drawer" to archive, "Paper basket" if you want to delete
