Word online has a weakness where older versions of a document is displayed. This has not been solved by Microsoft and we recommend to add a setting that converts documents automatically to PDF or open the Word App. Contact support for change of your setup.

Rights groups (ID's) can now be used in access management on buttons in Menu Including the top leve. menu choices, Better buttons, and Better Reporting buttons
Groups, individual users, or rights groups can now be excluded from access \(by typing minus :minus: in front of access control in local setting.
Exclusion trumps other access.
Can be used to exclude access for External Users or Public Users.
