New functions

DEV-1343 Templates handling in Activities

  • Templates can now be stored and used for Activities alongside with the Process description templates

DEV-1344 Header and footer setting for PD and Activities

  • Header for Process descriptions and Activities (Full screen/Print mode) can be customized in a setting

  • Process descriptions can also have a Footer in fullscreen/print mode.

DEV-1345 Copy paste pictures in PD and Activity

  • Pictures pasted into PD’s and Activities will now automaticaly be saved to the “Process Images” libary.

  • Name of picture will include the Process name / Activity name

Deactivate headers for PD’s and Activities in PM

  • Hide or show header table for Activities and Process Descriptions in PM

  • Standard setting is “on” as it always has been

Improvements

DEV-1027 Preview of documents in Word online shows older/mixed versions solution

  • Word online has a weakness where older/mixed versions of a document is displayed. This has not been solved by Microsoft and we recommend one of three alternatives

  1. add a setting that converts documents automatically to PDF

  2. open documents in the Word App

  3. pubish documents as PDF from Doc Workspace

DEV-1212 Limit access to menues, buttons, Better reporting buttons and Better report buttons

  • Rights groups (ID's) can now be used in access management on buttons in Menu Including the top leve. menu choices, Better buttons, and Better Reporting buttons

  • Groups, individual users, or rights groups can now be excluded from access \(by typing minus :minus: in front of access control in local setting.

  • Exclusion trumps other access.

  • Can be used to exclude access for External Users or Public Users.

  • Contact support for adjustements

Bugs

DEV-1126 Lacking functionality when creating rights limited risk groups (RLRG)

  • The following bugs have been solved

    • Creating RLRG did not use the typed in name when creating the Risk group.

    • Risk evaluations did not open as expected and prefill settings did not work

DEV-1205 Closed SJA shows as Overdue

  • Removed completed SJA's from "My SJA view" in menu
