NEW FEATURES

DEV-1539 PM: Activities can be saved to Folders with rights settings

  • Save Activities to predefined Sub folders.

  • The folders can have different Access rights which may limit who can see the activities in a specific folder

  • Setting to control what “Save to location” Choices and associated folders are available, and whether feature is active. By default this feature will be off.

DEV-1503 PM: Message and Read receipt also for Activities

  • Reading confirmation also on Activities. Triggered on approval.

  • Approval of Activities is moved to Edit, i.e. the Editing and Approval is split in 2 steps creating a Real "approval by the approver".

  • Activities also included in the Read Confirmation Generator

DEV-1510 Competence: Own CheckRights setting for Competence Matrix

  • Added separate "CheckRights" setting for Competence Matrix.

  • This setting controls if the Competence matrix should be awailable to All or controlled by the same 3 options for access control.

  • The old CheckRights setting remains, and now controls onbly accesss to the CV \(Personell assessment\)

DEV-1542 Project 2.0: Setting to Open office documents in App or Web

  • Added same type of control as in PM to chose to open in App \(Word, Excel etc.\) og on Online Web browser.

  • Applies to opening of Project Archive working documents.

DEV-1543 Project 2.0: New feature/setting to control automatic Project numbering

  • Added new setting for projectNumberPattern, controlling the automatic setting of project number for new projects.

IMPROVEMENTS

DEV-1477 Language handling: Shared DFFS strings

  • Tidied in language/strings.

  • Reducing complexity greatly making future improvements easier and easier to add new languages.

DEV-1540 PM: Approval of Activities in EditForm

  • The approval process of Activities are now moved to EditForm.

  • Normally an Editor will edit and assign to an aprover. Approver wll receive a notification and goes in to approve. If Editor is also Approver, the user will be able to redirect directly to the Approval.

DEV-1544 Doc. Workspace: Improved technical structure for better performance and robustness

  • Simplified the code structure for improved robustness in future improvements.
    Slight change in layout/New icons on the Tabs

DEV-1522 Project document template handling

  • Creating documents from Templates in the Project module is improved

  • Using same method as in PM

  • Save to SharePoint/Predefined libraries \+ Open in App \+ Download, as available options

  • Controlled by setting

BUG FIXES

DEV-1495 Objective: Corrected filter for Related risks in new form

  • Objective: Corrected filter for Related risks in new form

DEV-1500 Better: Corrected message for Action overdue in the line

  • New string added to display correct message to end user.

DEV-1521 Objectives: shows folders in Related risks and Project objectives in Parent

  • Fixed bug - system was showing Folders in the Related risk treeview

  • Now filtering out the Project spesific Objectives from the Parent objective treeview
