Whistleblower module	New module	New module which enables anonymous reporting of certain types of wrongdoing. Can include reporting of criminal activity, such as theft or unethical or unjust behaviour in the workplace, including racist, sexist or other unacceptable behavior. Requires additional subscription. Reading confirmation	New feature	Publishing of Documents and Process descriptions now adds Version Number to the ItemLink going into the Read confirmation Sender. Read Confirmation Generator now adds Version Number to the ItemLink in the Mass-produced Read confirmations. The Read confirmation Generator also checks for existing Read confirmation entries on Same version to Same person - will skip if duplicated
Better	New feature	All Note fields in Case and Action can now be encrypted. What fields to encrypt is controlled by a setting. The setting must be adjusted by support due to complexity
Better	New feature	Added the ability to tag an Action created from risk or risk evaluation on an Action plan.
Better	New feature	You may nown send emails with attachments from an Action.
Better	Improvement	If the Case manager changes Organisation for a case, an email will be sent to the new case manager if you choose to change the persons responsible for the case \(Case manager, Deputy and Escalation\).
Organization	New feature	Only Process, Better and System Administrators can Add new items in the Organizatio list. This in order to hinder unwanted new elements.
Risk	Improvement	Changed how items are cached in the browser to speed up the loading of the frontpage and analysis dashboard.
Risk	Improvement	Changed how restricted risk groups are handled to ensure users who will be creating new rights restricted list items does not need to have "Manage permissions" rights. The functionality now uses a PowerAutomate FLOW to assign rights.
Menu	Improvement	Menu/buttons share terminology with the Lists/Libraries - ensures consistent naming. Terminology in menu can still be overridden by local settings.
Menu	Improvement	The menu system is not more modularized: menus, pages and tools availability is controlled by Licence handling.
Menu	Improvement	Improved ability to re-structure menu items and access control to individutal items by separating Headings from the Buttons in the meny settings.
Transfer responsibilities	New feature	Its now possible to remove users from Roles in this function.
Settings	Improvement	Several old settings that are not in use any longer have been removed and handled by the new licence handling system.
Rights	Improvement	Changed name of Admin access groups \(SIMPLI -> QM365\). No need for existing customers to change names. The background for this was that new releases used new Admin group names and some names were changed. This caused rights management sometimes to fail. This has now bee solved.
Technical	New feature	Installations are now installed without subsites
Technical	New feature	All scripts have been adjusted in this version to handle both old and new setup (with/without subsites) - including the menu.
Technical	New feature	The software has been modularized which now gives access to Reports and sections in reports controlled by licence setup.
