What is the QM365 Project

Project has the following functions:

  • Project consists of separate digital rooms that can be used for projects, departments, product development etc.

  • A project must be of a specific project type that has a template consisting of documents, process maps, risks, requirements, goals, etc.

  • Each "Project" requires at least one Project Room, but may have several rooms representing phases of a project

  • Every project room can

    • have different access rights

    • make use of all or some of the available tools

  • The project rooms have tools for quality management and/or project work

  • Most tools can be inherited from predefined data tagged by project type. This enables quick and correct setup of new projects, with the most relevant resources, quickly available in a minute or two

  • It is possible to invite external users at no extra cost. These users must be an MS365 user or have a Microsoft account. External users will have limited access to certain functions if they are not granted more extensive rights

  • There is an overview of the progress and status of all projects

  • Functions include, among others: Document management, document control, process maps, tasks, checklists, risks, requirements, targets and deviations
