QM365 is an integrated quality management system built on SharePoint lists and libraries. All functionality is built with Java Scripts that connects the data and creates advanced user friendly functionality and reports. The system is built to cover all functionality needed for all major ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001, 50001 in addition to legislation such as GDRP/27701 and the Transparency Act.

Below you will find a short explain of each functions and module.

Process Map (PM)

Graphic representation of all work tasks on many levels where documentation and resources of all types are added.

Document Workspace (DWS)

Document production with consultation round, approval and publication of a copy to Manage

Context

List of contexts in two categories: interrested parties and issues. The function has SWOT analysis with importance as conclusion and risk analysis.

Risk

Management of risk and opportunities with evaluations of risk in risk groups that lead to measures in Better

Various reports and analysis tools

Up to 10 impact axes such as: quality, environment, HSE, information security, privacy, reputation, economy +

Performance

Registration of goals on many levels. Different types of targets (target, monitoring etc) with graphic report generator

Competence

Competence register and CV register whose data provides input to a powerful competence matrix function for planning competence development

Value chain

List of customers, suppliers and objects (products, equipment, services ++) with smart functions for evaluations, risk analysis, creation of cases (incidents) and actions

Better

Deviation management and improvement work (ordinary incidents as well as those that come from managing the business)

System calendar

Calendar function for various types of events which in turn generate a number of smart functions: Audits (follows ISO 19011), Management's review (follows 9001), preparedness exercises +++. Makes the use of documents uneccesary.

Information security

  • Own asset register for registration of all types of assets with all the data you need to know about an asset

  • Own register for security measures adapted to the latest version of 27001 with lots of useful functionality to implement these

  • Automatic generation of SOA and a number of other useful and necessary reports

  • Tightly integrated with the Privacy module

Privacy

  • Own purpose register with link to the Asset register and a number of other necessary data per purposes according to the legislation

  • Automatic generation of the Treatment Protocol

  • Tightly integrated with the Information Security module

Project

  • Operative project tool with several management tools such as process maps, risk assessments, document archive, management of requirements as well as project tools such as checklists, Gantt charts, deviation management

  • Several project rooms per project

  • Project overview and reports for the management and project administrator

App

Fill in the form for Better and display content from Better and Manage (default form: case list)

Notification of objectionable conditions
Module for optional anonymous reporting of reprehensible circumstances. Secure case management

Contract register

  • Storage of agreements, agreement owner, date of expiry.

  • Notification x months before expiry.

  • Tagging against customer, supplier, object.

  • Rights management of various types of agreements

Form package

Form package with: Safe job analysis, Protection round, Registrations

Responsibility

Tagging of roles according to the HUKI matrix. Works with process descriptions and activities

Our online guide/consultant with all our courses. Guidance for the implementation and operation of their management system in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, Privacy/GDPR

Upgrade subscription

Continuous upgrade 6-12 times a year at a fixed price. Most customers have this subscription. Upgrade subscriptions have three levels with different price levels (for prices contact our sales department)
