QM365 APP User Guide
To use the QM365 App, you must follow these steps listed below:
· Download the QM365 App from the Google Play Store or App Store.

To create a Profile for you, click ‘New Profile’.
· Enter your customer ID here and click ‘Get Profile’.
(Use the customer ID provided by your organization)
· For Multi factor authentication (MFA):
Click ‘Save’ to save the Profile on your device.
· Now the app shows the Profile name.
· Click on the profile and enter your username, password, and authentication code.
· For Single factor authentication (O365):
Enter your username and password and click ‘Save’ to save the Profile on your device.
· Now the app shows the Profile name, click on the profile to see the app menu.
Then the employee is ready to create and report cases from the app. The login steps are only necessary the first time a user starts the app.
Additional information:
URL: (Process Map, document, etc..): Here you must enter your user credentials one more time, from the next time App will remember the credentials.
Note:
· The QM365 app opens the URL in the device’s default OS browser. The default OS browser for iPhones is Safari. If you change the browser in the mobile settings, it does not affect the OS browser. Probably, if you activate any CA (Conditional Access) in Azure, it won’t affect iOS devices.
