QM365 APP Profiles

Each app setup requires at least one profile. A profile decides:

• Company logo and name

• Color scheme

• Login method

• Which menus should be available for the relevant profile

Before getting a profile ID, the company must register the QM365 app in Azure and send the client ID and tenant ID to us. Ask us for instructions.

The administrator distributes the profile id to the various employees who use it when they log into the system. Profile ID will ensure that the app is set up correctly. The employees only need to log in with the familiar login method they use for e-mail and other Microsoft products they use.

Profiles in the App

• Show different buttons in different profiles

• Possible to create a profile per 'type' of users (must log in to the same Office 365)

• Possible to create a profile with a 'common user' who is logged in automatically in the background (get info or show info to those who are not logged in).
