QM365 App Installation and setup

To use the QM365 App, you must follow the steps below:

  • Download the QM365 App from the Google Play Store or App Store.
    Please use the QR code below to make sure your employees download the correct app. It takes the user directly to the app in either Google Play or App Store:

  • To create a Profile for you, click ‘New Profile’

  • Enter your customer ID here and click ‘Get Profile’

  • Click ‘Save’ to save the Profile in your device

  • Now the app shows the Profile of the portal (Better)

  • If you have 2-factor authentication: Click on the profile and write username, password

  • If you do not have 2-factor, but only an Office 365 login, enter your username and password as follows:

  • Now we can look at the forms in the app

Then the employee is ready to create and report cases from the app. The steps with login are only necessary the first time a user is to use the app.
