The app comes with a form builder. It is possible to learn this, but it is quite advanced and requires good IT knowledge and a good understanding of SharePoint to create your own forms. The form builder enables a number of functions such as:

  • Insert fields, order, required, default value, grouping, rules

  • Attach image from camera or gallery

  • Mother-Child: E.g. add Measures directly from Deviations

  • Layout: Grouping of fields in separate groups that can be expandable and closable

  • Logic: Additional questions (field or group) depending on answer

  • Access control: Controls who sees which forms

  • Automatic completion of basic data on the phone (for example GPS coordinates)

  • Can retrieve from external systems (Integration)

  • Custom lookups/searches

  • "Intermediate storage" - restore completed form if crash/storage error

  • Display content from predefined views
