Full offline functionality from 2023-06 versions

It is now possible to register new forms without being online. Those forms that are available offline will be clearly displayed in the menu, while those that are NOT available are grayed out (Fig1). The red circles with numbers indicate how many offline forms are waiting and can be retrieved (Fig 2) by clicking on the red button. Click on the regular menu to register more.

Partial Offine till 2023-05 versions

The app requires you to be online to open a form and to save a form. There is still a partial offline functionality.

  • You can be offline when filling in the form before possibly saving/sending the form.

  • You can create a new case completely offline, but then only a draft Title and description and any pictures are saved.

    • This is saved in the APP for later registration.

    • When online again, the app will offer to complete the form when entering a form next time and one can upload the draft that has been saved.

    • The user must fill in the remaining fields.

  • If the user fills in a form and then cancels and enters the form next time, the app will offer to retrieve the started form with content.
