Form Package

This module contains a number of forms that can be used both from the PC side and as a menu in the App. As of today, there are the three mentioned below that come in this package, but for those who have this module, more forms will be added over time. It is possible to make changes to the forms as required.

A form with a header and six categories of questions that expand by clicking the + icon.

The JSA form provides the opportunity to clarify a number of questions before, for example, work is to be carried out. You can create actions and conclude and sign off in the "Conclusion" tab
