Rights management in Project rooms

inherit the right from Manage and the project room then gets the same rights as in Manage otherwise and everyone gets access.
set your own rights for the relevant project room and you must then give specific access to the people who should have access.
External users and their rights
When inviting external users, it is important to be aware of whether the rights management of the project room can give access to the system, otherwise depending on the setup. You can choose to limit access to resources for external users by:
select visible resources / tabs in the setting "Project - Resources available for external users in projects".
and add these users to the "Project external" user group..
provide access for external users to ONLY absolutely necessary data in the system otherwise (Manage and Better). To limit access to data outside the project rooms, contact us and we will help you set this up correctly. It is not a customization that affects upgrades.
In addition, you can set individual access rights for the folders in the project archive and in this way give external users access to only some folders.
External users will automatically be given access rights to all local data (Local in PR) within the individual project room that they are invited into, provided the setting allows this. This table shows the different accesses an external user has depending on the setup:

In other words, an external user may need to have read and/or edit access to the System in order to be able to see/edit data located in the System (outside the project room), but we can limit access to these.
