If you want to archive a project room, go to the project room itself and click on the "Project details" tab, then the archive button and then "OK" in the pop-up window:

The consequences of this are only that when you enter the project room, you will receive a notification at the top that the project room has been activated.

Re-activating a project room

NB! NO other settings must be changed here - it will have major consequences for the project's functionality.

If you want to make the project room active again, you must manually go to the "Settings" menu:

• Go to the link at the top of the browser and delete everything after the project number and enter "lists/settings"

...

• Expand the settings and select the three dots on “thisRoomIsArchived” and select “Edit”

...

• Change the value in the “Val” field to “True” and click “Save”

...

• Click on the Project name at the top of the screen and you are back in the project room
