On the My Page > Tasks view every user has access to report new cases and follow up their Cases, Actions and Verification
the Task menu also shows how many open Cases and Actions the user has. To report a case the user may click one of the buttons
In the “To do” tab, you will find the open Cases, Actions, Verification and many other data that needs attention.
The “Reported” Tab lists all Cases, Actions and Verifications the user has reported
The “Involved” tab lists all Cases the end user is involved in as Deputy or Escalation
The “Closed” tab lists all Cases, Actions and Verification the user has closed.
