QM365 24 Release plans

The details can be changed/adjusted along the way, and certain things be prioritized down/up..
Plans are detailed as the specification work progresses.

24.1 (Released):

General Tags	New Feature	New TAGS list for “free use” tags across the system. Examples: Countries, Professions, etc.
General Tags	New Feature	Multichoice lookup (Treeview) from all lists/resources in the system that has Process or Organization tagging. Competence is not included at this time.

Menu	Improvement	Language improvements in Menu. More languages are now fully translated in the Menu headings etc.
Menu	Improvement	Menu Buttons leading to Lists/Views are getting its language from the List- definition in SharePoint. If you are missing some language it might not be installed. Contact Support to discuss possibilities.
Documentation	New feature	Users can enter Comments on Process, Activity and Documents. All are entered from Ikon click in Process map → Opens Comments form. Comments are shown on the Process card, Activity card and Document card (in Doc.Workspace). Comments also show in the Documentation Status report
Documentation Status	Improvement	Co-Authors are now listed in the Document section of Documentation Status report.

24.3 (~ may 24):

24.6

UI/UX	Improvement	Start work on improving user interface and user friendliness. Staged process to cover the whole system in a set of releases. Firsk stage to include the Overall “wrapping” of the system and menu. Pages will be available within this new improved “wrapping” however many pages and forms will be in “old” UI untill later release. Planned release of stage 1 is planned in 2024.
Other	Improvement	Functionality lift on various modules will be done alongside and controlled by the progress of the UI work.
