We have developed a solution based on a website layout where anyone who enters the website can fill in a form. An engine behind the site will then write the data to a specified SharePoint site on your QM365 solution. In this way, this site can be included as part of the organization's website. Customers use this feature for many different needs, such as:
Report notification cases (anonymously if desired)
Customers report incidents/complaints about products and services
Anonymous reporting and notification function, since the user does not need to identify himself, if not required (optional)
Inquiries from residents of the municipality

The list that is written to can be set up with rights management so that only approved people have access. This is a matter of course if it is used for notification cases / whistleblowing.
