Anonymous app reporting

If you have a QM356 app license, we can customize a sensitive information reporting list. This requires separate rights settings for individuals who will be handling data in this particular list. A distinct profile is created for the app which includes a general email address and password that remains hidden from view.

This setup ensures that the identity of those reporting cases cannot be seen unless they choose to reveal themselves. Implementing this system usually only requires a few hours of technical assistance from our team, but it provides all employees with an easy and secure way to report anonymous cases.

The notification case list is configured so that only authorized users can access it.

Additionally, if notifications are identified via email, the system can also send an email to the corresponding person by enabling this feature.
