Azure Cloud

  • Each customer has a unique html form in our Azure cloud

  • May be used “anywhere”

    • intranett

    • external websites as link or inline

    • QM365 processmap, link or QM356 App

Own QM365

  • The message is written by a Flow to the secure list of WB cases

  • Notification is sent to all case managers that a new case has been registered

  • All cases in the WB list have been created by the Flow and are therefore impossible to identify the sender.

 

HTML form

  • The form that resides in Azure looks like this. It can be displayed for 4 different languages (Norwegian, Swedish, English and Finnish).

  • Fields with a * red star are required

  • Anonymity can be chosen

  • Files up to 60 MB can be attached to the case. It is important that users know that attachments can reveal the sender and contain personal/security data - e.g. images with gpr coordinates
