The Better home page gives the end user a good overview of everything to be done. If users log in here, not so many notifications are really needed as all pending tasks under the "My tasks" tab in Better are listed here. Here is an example:

The remaining tabs provide the following information:

• My units tasks: This can be hidden. If you want to use it, it must be configured with the help of our and your technicians to show all cases belonging to the logged-in user's department

• Created by me: shows all cases that the logged-in user has registered. This makes it easy to follow what happens with cases that have been registered.

• Reporting: here you can see all the different reports that are available. Read more about this here Reporting options

• Favorites: links your pre-selected favorites throughout the system

• My archive: all closed elements in Better - i.e. all cases, measures and follow-up checks that the logged-in user has completed
