Communications in Better case handling

There are several possibilities for communication during case processing. All these functions are only available from Read mode - not while editing the form.

By clicking on this menu, Outlook will open a new message where you can add exactly the e-mail addresses you want. The recipient must of course have the right to Better to be able to view the case in reading mode.

Message to Person responsible for the case

If you click on "Message to person in charge" you can write a message and the email will go to the person responsible for the case. Messages are saved in a log.

Message to ‘created by’

If you click on "Message to created by" you can write a message and the email goes to the person who reported the case. Messages are saved in a log.

Send email with content in tab

If you click on the envelope icon, you can send an email with the contents of the case to any email - you can also use the "Copy" field and add a personal message
