Reports and print-outs

QM365 has a number of different reports and printouts. These are added together with the menu for each module/function. Go to "Functions and reports" and select the function you want to work with and there you will see the various reports that are available.

Note that the reports most often have a drop-down menu for filtering and sorting, which means that they are intended as a work tool, not just for printing.

Open

• Below the title you will find a short subtitle (in yellow) which briefly explains what the report does / purpose

• The drop-down arrow for each column gives you the options for filtering and sorting

• The fields in the column are often clickable where you can process the data further - remember the reports are primarily work tools

• To print, you will either find a print icon on the page or click CTRL+P

• Notice the blue info icon at the top left which, on mouseover, will give an explanation to the report itself
