Project management

Version 22

In version 22, you will find the Project menu under "Functions and reports". This submenu contains all the functions described below that are needed to manage the projects:

Version 21

In the "Project" menu , there are two overviews that will be useful in daily project management: "Project status" and "Project roll-up".

Project status

First, you choose which projects you want to include in the status overview:

After you have made your choice, click on "Show" and we will list everyone with status per project. If a project has more than one project space, all will be displayed. For each project, progress data in percentage for four different resources will be displayed: Checklist (checkpoints), Tasks, Achievement (goals), Compliance (requirements). In addition to the percentage, traffic light colors will indicate progression. Click the PLUS sign to expand each project. NB! for this view to make the most sense, these four data types should be labeled on the process. You will then be able to see the completion rate per process. This is not required, but helps to see how far the project has come within the various processes.

Project Rollup

Project roll-up is designed to provide options to filter and sort on all projects and see the content of each project with these resources: archive, tasks, goals, requirements, DD plans and checkpoints.
