Delete a project / project room

Sometimes it will be necessary to delete a project space in a project or even the project itself.

Delete a Project room

To delete a project space, do the following:

  • Go to the project room.

  • Click on the dog wheel in the upper right corner, then on "Site settings" (see figure 1).

  • Select - "Delete this site" (see Figure 2).

  • Click delete (see figure 3).

  • You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete - Click "OK" (see Figure 4).

If you only have one project room in the project, now delete the project itself in Manage (separate instruction).

Delete a project room in a project card

If a project has more than one project rooms and you want to delete one of them, do the following:

  1. Delete the project room according to the instructions in the second part,

  2. Remove the reference to this project room in the project card, like this:

Create a list view of the projects where these fields are visible.

  • Newest project room

  • Archived project rooms

Enter grid view edit mode (see link below how to use grid view) and remove the deleted project room and exit again. This is a risky operation, so if you are not sure - ask us for help through a ticket in our support system!

Delete a Project

If you are sure that all project rooms belonging to a project have been deleted, you can delete the project itself:

  • Go to the project list in Manage and click on the project item name. You will then see the project data in view/view mode.

  • Click the delete icon.
