Edit elements in the toolbox

Who can make changes to the toolbox

  • You must be a member of the Process Administrator rights group to be able to make changes in the toolbox.

Remove an item

  • Right click on an item (in the toolbox) and select “Disable”. The element is not deleted, but moved to the bottom under the heading "Inactive elements" and does not become visible/accessible to end users.

Change title and sort order

  • It is important to list the elements in a sensible order. Right-click and select “Change title and sort order”.

  • Fill in and click “Save”.

Inactive elements

  • When an element is removed, it is moved to the bottom under the heading "Inactive elements".

  • Right-click on such an element and you can then:

    • Activate it again - i.e. make it available to end users

    • Delete it - it will then be gone for good

    • You can also change the title and sorting order here if desired
