Move one process to another page

Sometimes you want to move a process from one drawing to another. Do it in the following way:

  1. Follow the recipe in point D above

  2. Click on the box with the process in the new drawing

  3. Click on the pencil on the right above the process description

  4. Select “Show process map”

  5. Click “Edit Item”

  6. Click “Change parent process”

    1. Select the new parent process from the list

    2. If this process is to be moved to the start page/top level, do so

      1. Click the cross at the top right

      2. Select the correct “Process Type”

      3. Click “Save” and Exit and return to the drawing/page

  7. Go to the original page/drawing where the process came from

  8. Enter drawing mode (Pencil)

  9. Make the changes on the old box which can be: delete it or

    1. You can also change the name, change the process, turn it into a link or something else
