Organizational variants

You can create organizational variants of a specific drawing for another location/department. This drawing is marked on a specific element in the organization list. The end user selects location/department in the header above the drawing called "Filter by organization". When a user selects "Filter by organization", the system will also filter all resources marked in this location to display only these. By default, QM365 remembers users' choices, such as "Filter by Organization". For larger or more complex organisations, the end user will in this way experience that QM365 behaves like a system for its location. The start page can also have organizational variations. This feature is beneficial for a QMS that covers several companies or departments in different locations/countries.
